Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When using 10 bit input videos the upscaled segments are saved using x264 using 8-bit by default. This results in a loss of quality in the upscaled video and introduces artifacts like banding.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to specify the ffmpeg command used for the segments. For example using x265 instead of x264 or 10-bit instead of 8-bit.

Describe alternatives you've considered There are no alternative fixes.
