Improve error output when plugins throw an exception

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The message when a plugin throws an exception doesn't contain much information:

!!! This plugin threw an exception: {exception message}

Describe the solution you'd like It would be better to have plugin exceptions contain more information, such as a stack trace and details about the plugin.
