Updated version for 2023/Nov

For anybody is trying to work it out - Pluralsight updated the encryption keys for the Offline player. This means the decryption goes through, but the files are invalid, and cannot be played.

Build the application, then copy the file from Decrypt-PluralSight-Videos\packages\System.Data.SQLite.Core.1.0.105.2\build\net46\x86\SQLite.Interop.dll to the Decrypt-PluralSight-Videos\DecryptPluralSightVideos\bin\Debug folder to use it.
