(Libretro/Retroarch) Right shift button doesn't work.

The right shift button doesn't do anything. When I press it on my keyboard it doesn't register in the emulator. It works in Neko Project II, but not Neko Project II Kai. So I think it might be a bug

I tried my PC(Ubuntu)'s RetroArch, I could catch RShift Key Event. I checked with 'Keyboard type' in 'Option' is 'Jp' and 'Us'. But I'm wondering you said 'OK NP2, NG NP2kai'. I must go to bed(!?) today, I inspect more about this tomorrow. Sorry to wait, and thanks your report!
