Full-screen does not work under Wayland Gnome

If I click Screen -> Full screen on the main menu, the app's window just moves to the top left corner of the screen and the size remains the same. Is this a known problem? Is there anyway to fix this?

I am using Gnome 44.4, Wayland, fractional scaling, and Arch AUR.

PS: I tried it after logging into an X11 session. The app switched to full-screen, but the upper part of the app showed the enlarged desktop and some area was black, so the app was unusable. In RetroArch, the full-screen worked even in Wayland mode, but with RetroArch, I don't know how to switch multiple FDI images, so RetroArch was unusable, too.
