trezor not submitting masternote registration

Hey guys, got another issue here: it seems like I can't send out a progregtx for masternode with trezor. Everytime I signed and confirm broadcast in Electrum, the status of the transaction stays unsigned and henced didn't automatically broadcasted.

Wondering if you can take a look to see what's wrong.
