[Feature Request]: Option for "create a textfile" to create the file before image generation

What would your feature do ?

In "saving images/grids" settings if you select "Create a text file next to every image with generation parameters.":

it will create that text file after generating the image. If the image doesn't complete no file will be saved and info like Seed etc. is lost. I propose to have an option to create the text file before generation.

From what I can tell nothing in the text file depends on the image successfully generating.

Proposed workflow

1. Go to Settings->saving images/grids
2. Under option "Create a text file next to every image with generation parameters." create a new option
3. "Save text file before generating the image"

Just check the settings it can be set it inside the png files, no txt files needed, decode png and put it into text if you really like that. (learn python)
