[Bug]: image brower is not like it use to be anymore

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

• cant read the image info in image browser
• cant send from image browser to tx to img or img to img
• yes it sucks i have to open the folder and put the image in png info to read the image infomation and send it to txt to img or img to img
• this new ui update its suck.

What should have happened?

the previous ui is better its easier, i dont have to open a new folder on windows just to see the image after being generated. this new ui update is sucks

+1 image browser got big time screwed up in this update!

Same issue with Firefox latest version and with the last updates yesterday.

• The Image Browser (Click and Zoom etc.) isnt there anymore.
• Send to Img2Img or Extras works only rarely and takes a couple of seconds
• Whole UI seems to be quite unresponsive, clicking on Generate etc. Feels like degraded performance by 100%.

Strange, there are no errors in the console.

The image browser is an extension and unrelated to this repo.

Make sure

• you're using the https://github.com/AlUlkesh/stable-diffusion-webui-images-browser fork
  (not https://github.com/yfszzx/stable-diffusion-webui-images-browser)
• and that you've updated it.

I have this same issue as of yesterday 3/25/23. From the "txt2img" tab, "Send to img2img", "Send to inpaint" and "Send to extras" will only work if Batch Count=1. If you use a batch count of any number higher than one nothing is sent to the other tabs and the console throws this error: AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'startswith', along with several line item errors. This occurs with all models, regardless of +/- text prompts.

Same issues: Image Browser is no longer functioning after last update. When opening previous image files in the image browser, all "send to" buttons vanish, also the image data no longer appears, making the image browser completely inoperative. A: Need to restore image data window for images B: Need to restore the "send to" buttons to move image data to txt to img, img to img, etc.

Yup, same, the biggest issue is when you click on a generated image it used to open a viewer of sorts, which had the favorite button in it...you can't add to your favorites anymore in the image browser, it just clicks to the next image now.

There's an error in the send to extras that can be edited manually in a ui.js file to somewhat fix that, but it's not 100% it still fails after a while.

This happened to me too after the update yesterday but someone kindly informed me that the version of Image browser I was using is now abandoned and to change to this fork which is still actively updated , also as akx already stated 3 replies back

I changed it by deleting the old image browser folder in my extensions folder and then in the UI, Extentions/Install from URL using the above url, or I spose you could use git checkout if you know how

This version works fine with the recent update and also has far greater functionality

I can confirm that installing/using the above image browser works, however, I was not using any image browser before and that still does not fix the issue in the main "txt2img" generation tab where any batch count above one fails to send the chosen image to the other tabs.

the author of this plguin says it is an issue with SD dev bug, so he will wait til them fix it to move on... you can goto the image browser page to see.....

Same here. I am NOT talking about the extension that I didn't use but on the function in txt2img / img2img when clicking on a preview.

i had same issues. i'm using : https://github.com/AlUlkesh/stable-diffusion-webui-images-browser -- which started working. however, i didn't "delete" a folder in extensions as a few folks said... i just installed it. i didn't have any image browser folders in my extensions. i think i was just using whatever came with automatic1111 long ago (i installed back in november originally).

After last update my issue seems to be resolved, and now I also have a cool image browser :) Thank you devs!
