preserve privacy by disabling gradio analytics globally

a1111 aims to disable gradio analytics everywhere in the code otherwise it defaults to true, but extensions don't adhere to this pattern at all. to preserve privacy as originally intended I set gradio analytics to false globally.

it doesn't really matter if it's a string, as long as it's not the string "True", so the string "False" made sense.

I didn't even realize they were collecting any. It might be good to add mention of this to the script development wiki pages as well. A lot of users update extensions faster than they do their overall sdwui install.

I applied this but I'm still seeing connections made to 52.24.46.153(api.gradio.app) in wireshark even with no extensions enabled. Not sure yet if it is still the analytics.

Yes but the connections may not specifically be for analytics.
