[Feature Request]: Denoise callbacks for DDIM, and UniPC too

What would your feature do ?

Allow scripts that work with the latent to support all samplers. DDIM (and UniPC too I guess, but haven't tried) is good. It's a pity our scripts couldn't support it.

Proposed workflow

1. Go to ....
2. Press ....
3. ...
