[Bug]: Tabs addons tabs appear and dissapear with no reason

What happened?

I reciently installed this on my personal computer (as opposed to work's) so my install is fresh and updated. That out of the way... i also installed a bunch of addons, and a few of them, like the open pose editor, or the embedding editor, appear and dissapear at random. Most of the times they're just not there. Sometimes they pop up, and after restarting the UI they're gone again. What could be the cause? is there a setting i could touch to fix this? or is it a bug as i assume?

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. open SD webui
2. look at the tabs
3. realize that txt2img, img2img, train, and the likes are there. But some of the plugins installed are not
