[Feature Request]: Resize and fill when using Hires. fix

What would your feature do ?

Add Resize and fill option to Hires. fix

Currently, Hires. fix is Crop and resize when the aspect ratios are not the same

Proposed workflow

1. Go to txt2img
2. Check Hires. fix
3. Select Crop and resize or Resize and fill
