[Feature Request]: Give random ENSD feature

What would your feature do ?

Set ENSD (Eta noise seed delta) to -1, so that it can produce a random number instead when generate picture, which can make more various pictures. It can also be achieved by giving out a check box, which retains the seed -1. When it is enabled, the exact ENSD should be saved in the picture info.

Proposed workflow

1. Go to setting.
2. Press set random ENSD checkbox or Set ENSD to -1.
3. Save and go to generate picture.
4. It should give out a random ENSD when generate pictures.

I believe this feature has already been included in the UI and the ENSD value is also listed in the output file.

However, the -1 number is exactly a number now, not represents to any random number... If it does, why not included the exact one in png info like the random seed?
