[Feature Request]: Changing VAE's on the fly.

What would your feature do ?

Can we please have an option to change VAE's through a dropdown? Instead of having to hard config it or have multiple VAE files all renamed same as a CKPT? Would make workflow MUCH easier especially as we get into 1.5/2.0 model variance.

Add sd_vae to the Quicksettings list in the Settings tab.
