[Feature Request]: "Successor of the extension"

What would your feature do ?

In the event that an extension is no longer updated, etc., users who have installed the extension will be notified of the existence of a successor fork and will be assisted in replacing it.

Proposed workflow

1. Check to see if it has been abandoned by the currently implemented extensions index when user click Check Update
2. Inform users of successor extensions based on the registered information.

Additional information

cf. #4953 Currently, a fork of the extension and the old one can coexist. If possible, it would be good to determine if it is a fork and notify the user.
