[Feature Request]: Add a painting brush to the inpaint

What would your feature do ?

The brush will allow you to draw on the image so as not to transfer the image to Photoshop and back to complete the silhouettes (for example, missing hands) in difficult cases.

"--gradio-img2img-tool color-sketch" in args adds it

it is for img2img only, there is a pr open https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/pull/4459 for this feature.
