just replace the buttons from top to bottom

I would suggest to use Load/Refresh because you first load the images, then refresh the list in case of changes (deletions, additions).
While translating the entire GUI, scripts and extensions in Italian I couldn't figure out what that Collect button did. Then, I understood that it saves an image to the Favorites inside the log/images folder, but you have to click the button Load in the favorites section to load or refresh the content of that folder. So, to me, Collect should be renamed "Save to favorites" which is more meaningful of its function. Furthermore, the "Prev batch" and "Next batch" have been removed, at least in my latest git pull of the repository, and in fact they don't make a lot of sense to me, being the images displayed by "pages". I don't quite understand the meaning of "switch what is on top should be on the bottom", perhaps you're asking for a button to invert the order the images are being listed?
You know what? On second thought... maybe we don't need it. we can always used the png info tool to get all the information from the image. And yes the button should renamed as for their functionality.
And if we are was using the image history sector it was nice if all the photos was there to see at one page like in dir and with options to full screen and so on... But never mind
