[Feature Request]: not support for torch 1.13.1-nightly or 1.14.1-nightly on M1 Mac

What would your feature do ?

torch can use "mps" to speed up on M1 Mac since 1.13.1-nightly, that's sad for user who uses M1 Mac, that they have to use CPU to this platform, hope update to support latter torch vision !
