[Bug]: composition with AND gets stuck in a loop with weighted prompt

What happened?

this gets stuck in a loop and iterations just keep increasing past 1000 (90+ seconds)

What should have happened?

composition should complete without so many iterations (which didn't seem to stop counting up)
