Add Chinese Localization File
HI~ My name is xiao,(Nickname is只剩一瓶辣椒酱).I am a producer of open source technical content (mainly Blender) in Bilibili (a video website in China, like youtube), My Channel Links-https://space.bilibili.com/35723238
In the past few years, I have contributed Chinese words for many CG projects for free (see appendix for details). Recently, Recently, I noticed that this project supports localization, so I hope I can contribute to Chinese users (in fact, I have already finished translating XD)
In order to let us communicate better, I listed some common questions before
·About The Translator
First of all, you are most worried about whether the translator can understand the functions of the tool, provide professional and reasonable translation, and try to eliminate the ambiguity caused by different languages.
For this concern, you can take a look at a set of videos I released about the stable diffusion web ui. As a person who pursues details, I used my translated Chinese version to tell my 180000 fans about the functions of each button (the txt2img, img2img, extra, png info panels have been completed)

-About the translation process (almost completed at present)
As far as I know, I should be the first person in China to complete all the work and submit it for translation. However, according to my previous experience, compatibility with non English languages will cause hidden dangers. Therefore, for me, I will not just give English entries to finish the work, but also test them, collect information as much as possible, and improve the stability of the project.
As for localization BUG, here is an example of SD WEBUI,If you translate "width" and "height", the red indicator box of the image will not be displayed
This problem is caused by the code under aspectRationOverlays.js.If you want to exclude, you need to change the method of these location name queries
Finally, it is a long-term work to revise and supplement the translation. I hope that the content I have written can show my attitude as a translator for many years and my determination to support it for a long time

1 You should know that GITHUB is blocked in China. I just comment, I happen to need a GITHUB account. On the contrary, if I want to do some unethical things, I will not take the newly created trumpet. 2 Maybe you should ask the corresponding translator to submit the code, instead of posting ads around in other people's requests

I pick that word manually, not by machine translation. I proofread every line of my commit in #3348, I know there could still be some mistakes inside. - Words like Blender, max and maya that often appear should be inherited rather than created. It is not conducive for some older users to use them or for students to receive guidance
- Words with the same name should be consistent in the whole translation as in English. At present, after translation like seed (or resize), its style should be consistent. But now it has been translated into many styles (although they look the same, like first, 1st, 1) In addition, I used the 10.12 version to make a video explaining each parameter, carefully studied what happens when each button is clicked, and investigated many proper terms. yeah, they are both "Tiles", but tiling here is not picking a low-res image than tiling it on a larger canvas. You may take a look here: https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/281404684 to see how Overlap-tile work. You need to do segmentation and the tile size is the size after segmented not the size of the entire image itself. That's why I said I used to call it 分块 but not the suggested 密铺/平铺. Although 密铺/平铺 match the original means. I am totally fine with changing it from 密铺 to 平铺 as they have a similar meaning.
