Images greater than 24mb fail to load in Img2Img, extras, png info

How to reproduce: Attempt to load an image (png, jpg) with a file size greater than 24mb into Img2Img, Extras, or PNG info. The image does not appear in the box. If I attempt to load an image of 23.9 mb or smaller it works as expected. Inpainting becomes impossible due to not being able to see where to put the mask.
