Unable to create venv in directory venv exit code: -1073741818

I followed all the steps for the installation, but when executing the web-user.bat file it shows me the error that it cannot be created.

• Try to run the direct command line in the cmd: it didn't work
• I tried to add "chcp 28591" in the second line of the .bat file, it didn't work either.

Even add in SET PYTHON the path of the .exe file.

I've already tried everything and nothing works

@igorhimm Had the same issue. Open 'cmd' with admin privileges and run the file from there worked for me

In my case the problem was on Admin privileges. The "simptom" however it was the same in the picture. (actually I need to run with admin privileges each time I start)

Sorry if thats a dumb question but the path to my file is "C:\stable-diffusion-webui\webui-user.bat" . What should I then type at my command prompt? Gracias! @sgallartm
