Open file dialogue supports gif and jpg, not png

Describe the bug When I click the image pane to open the browsers (Firefox)’s file opener dialogue, it by default only shows GIF and JPEG files. I have to manually set “All files” to open PNG files.

Given that PNG is the default, enabling that would be useful as well.

Expected behavior The dialogue should filter for all supported image types, in particular PNG.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Linux
  • Browser Firefox

This problem extends to Firefox on MacOS also.

Can confirm this happens on Firefox in Windows as well.
