Move generate button to just above output preview

This moves the generate/interrupt button and the progress bar to be above the output preview in txt2img and img2img. The experience should be largely the same on desktop. However, on mobile and smaller browser windows, this makes it nicer to continuously generate new images without having to constantly scroll up and down.

Very good idea! Do you also have the skill to make the sliders not move when just scrolling up and down on a touch screen? I continuously hit them by mistake on my phone...

Edit: And should the input box be moved also? So you can write and iterate the prompt without scrolling? I feel that is done more often than changing sliders, maybe? Or, what about a sticky generate button that auto scrolls to the output when clicked? So you can click it from anywhere on the page.
