[Bug]: Whatever I do its trying to use a 3.12.x version that's not even on my PC

What happened?

I'm trying to install this for the first time, I haven't had Python at all on my PC for months now. I install python 3.10.6, its the only version existing on my pc:

path:

windows' control panel uninstall thingy (to show u I literally only have 3.10.6 installed)

but when I try to install this, based on the documentation: https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui?tab=readme-ov-file#automatic-installation-on-windows

then this is what error I get (mentioning that I have 3.12.4 BUT I DONT HAVE ANY VERSION OTHER THAN 3.10.6 :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD)

So what the hell can I do with this?

I've tried:

• uninstalling every single thing related to python
• restart pc
• install 3.10.6 version of python
• deleted venv folder and deleted python again
• installed 3.10.6 again
• did a "repair" with the python installer on 3.10.6

and it still has a stroke. Am I missing something?
