[Bug]: Interrupt and Skip buttons sometimes disappear in Generate Forever mode

What happened?

Sometimes in Generate Forever mode the UI thinks generation stopped, while it's still going on in the background. The Interrupt and Skip buttons will disappear and the Generate button becomes visible in their place. The terminal output indicates that generation is continuing (it shows ongoing progress).

When this happens, you can't cancel generation. You have to wait until it stops.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Start Generate Forever
2. Press Interrupt while the first image is generation
3. Press Interrupt again a short moment later

I think I've seen it outside of Generate Forever mode when interrupting and restarting manually, but it happened less often and can't be reproduced like this.

What should have happened?

WebUI should always be in sync with the generation.

Also, the buttons disappear (and the Generate button appears again) in other situations which I can't reproduce. Completely broken feature.
