[Bug]: Binaries

What happened?

When running webui-user.bat with an incorrect python version, it mentions binaries as an alternative. There are no binaries in the github releases.

Download sd.webui.zip here. https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/releases/tag/v1.0.0-pre

Extract it, run update.bat, then run.bat.
