Rename --add-stop-route to --api-server-stop

Description

Rename --add-stop-route to --api-server-stop since api quit restart already cause a minor breaking by moveing /_stop to /sdapi/v1/server-stop it makes sense to also change the flag to signify that is a change, for the minority that using this

this would cause webui to not launch and pring help when --add-stop-route us used because it is an unknown argument
