[Feature Request]: Allow pinch zoom

What would your feature do ?

Pinch zoom should work in zoomed in images

Proposed workflow

1. Browsing from mobile,
2. in the main txt2img image browser (and probably most everywhere),
3. in the full'ish-screen view of an image, I noticed pinch-zoom is being passed through as drags -- and to the underlying page.
4. We should allow pinch zoom there
