[idea] Open folders on the same monitor where you click

I have 2 monitors and two linkbars. It would be much easier to open folders on the same screen where I click on its' icons. Now it starts where it was closed. Is it possible to save the position of a window (as it now) but change the screen it appers?

This is the standard behavior of Windows Explorer and I don't want to change it. I'll look for what can be done.
