Under ACSC - Microsoft Office Hardening... Control - PowerPoint 97-2003 presentations, shows, templates and add-in files | User | \Microsoft PowerPoint 2016\PowerPoint Options\Security\Trust Center\File Block Settings | Enabled (Always match file type) <--- Not the type of option available. Its an "Open/Save blocked,use open policy" style or response.
