Support generating Keil µVision® IDE projects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to use the Keil µVision® IDE with my Mbed project. Mbed CLI 1 could export to a µVision® IDE project, but Mbed CLI 2 doesn't provide this ability.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to use CMake to generate a µVision® IDE project. It looks like there has been some other effort to support this in CMake, according to the CMake issue tracker.
