Support generating IAR Embedded Workbench for Arm projects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to use the IAR Embedded Workbench for Arm with my Mbed project. Mbed CLI 1 could export to an IAR project, but Mbed CLI 2 doesn't provide this ability.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to use CMake to generate an IAR project.

+1 here Probably not to hard to add, but I don't know where to start. IAR also recently started documenting how to build a project with the IAR toolchain using CMake on Github

Mbed OS also states on their website they are an official partner with IAR Systems and provide development tools. Would be nice to see the support for IAR return to the new tool :)
