MAC with simplicity studio dont recognize... help

Hello, I have a DAPLINK and I use Simplicity Studio 5. When I plug in my DAPLINK it is not recognized... What do I need to do? I never used it. Is it some bug?

DAPLink runs on many different hardware, can you give more detail on the device you are using?
