Windows 7 mbed drivers

An updated usb interface numbers is causing previous mbed drivers for win 7 issues on the cdc acm interface.

Attached is the modified win 7 drivers. mbeddrivers.zip

How do I install these drivers? When I try installing them from Device Manager on my Win 7 machine, it says "Windows could not find driver software for your device". When I double click on the .sys file, it does not open or run either.
