Does not create file config.xml

Hello, thank you for the repo, I tried to follow the steps but I encountered a problem when I tried to to run the python file, the confi.xml file does not exist, or it cannot be created. Do you have any solution on that? Thanks in advance. image

You can easily create a empty config.xml with the content <xml></xml>. After that, you can start the utility.
