System info: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64-bit (also observed on Windows 7) CMSIS Pack Eclipse Plugin v2.3.0.20171122_0

When installing a CMSIS pack in Eclipse, the license agreement dialog displays the license text as an editable field. See screenshot
