Publish on github directly did not work

Publish on github directly or download package did not work. The buttons are as off. I click on them and nothing happens. I tried different browsers and none works for me.

I forked this project to my repository and made several changes to make marker based by default. I have registered webpage in oauth authentication and set client id in publish.js.
