Try npm install again maybe, sounds like dependencies aren't installed.
Looks to me like you need to update nodejs, assuming that's the engine it's referring to. 
I think the issue here is with specificity of the prompt. "Finde eine verfügbaren raspberry pi 4" translating to "Find an available Raspberry Pi 4", this could mean find it...
I thought it was pretty impressive that it provided IP addresses as well, not what I expected. Converting to discussion, feel free to continue from there.
