I noticed that you're accessing the demo website (demo.apipark.com).
If you're using guest mode, you won't be able to create consumers or subscribe to services because guest accounts do not belong to any team and lack the necessary permissions.
This is to prevent abuse of the demo site.
If you are deploying APIPark yourself, after the deployment is complete, the system will automatically generate some sample data, and you will have full access to all of APIPark's features.
