Remove shaded libraries

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With the introduction of the libraries key in plugin.yml, rather than shading our libraries into our jar we may be able to specify them to get auto-downloaded.

Describe the solution you'd like We'll have to discuss the pros/cons as well as what libraries we may want to move to this format.
