Barrels occasionally change direction when opened after rotating

Describe the bug On 1.19.2 and 1.19.3, barrels placed on crafts will change back to the previous orientation when opened after rotating the craft.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build a craft with a barrel
2. Pilot the craft and rotate it once
3. Open the barrel
4. The barrel changes back to its previous orientation

Expected behavior The barrels should stay facing the same direction after the craft is rotated.

• Movecraft: 8.0.0 beta 1
• Addons: None
• Java: OpenJDK 17.0.2
• Minecraft: 1.19.3

Additional context The barrels will still change direction if the craft is released before they are opened. P.S. The issue does not appear to affect 1.18.2 or below.

Does this still happen on beta 2, 1.19.4 or 1.20.1 with the latest spigot or paper builds?

Yes, just tested on beta 2, Paper 1.20.1 build 169
