Allowing specifying body and interior allowed blocks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am trying to implements space ships (my world is full of water, water = vacuum), and I want to allow ships to move also with vacuum inside, but currently it isn't possible because also the outside water counts.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to seperately specify blocks that be on the body/exterior of the craft and what can be inside the body in the craft type file

This would be a great feature addition, but I'm afraid it's a fairly large change that we'll have to put on the todo list for later down the road once we've finished 8.0.
