Negligible Blocks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently fire is ignored for flyblock calculations but no other blocks can be added to that category.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have an optional list of negligible blocks inside the craft file.

I'll do you one better, how about these blocks having a "weight" category where you can set a double that acts as a multiplier to the overall flyblock calculation?

This would be a really neat way to limit heavy armor blocks i thinks, rather than having. a) Hard block count limit b) Percentage based limit
