Enabling "CraftsUseNetherPortals" Stops Lighting Updates

Describe the bug Setting the line "CraftsUseNetherPortals" to true causes crafts to no longer update lighting as they move. This results in dark shadows where blocks of the craft used to be.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the config file in the Movecraft folder.
2. Set "CraftsUseNetherPortals" to true
3. Restart Server
4. Pilot a craft
5. Fly the craft a couple blocks down to see the effect to it's full extent

Expected behavior Lighting should update as normal while the ship moves.
