Idea: Dynamically change the theme's colors based on local sunrise/sunset

Now that I'm working on making Spectrum Theme more "dynamic" I thought it could be cool to change the colors used in theme based on the time of day (or specifically, local sunrise/sunset). Something similar to Redshift, but as an Eclipse theme.
