Improve UI/UX for for Chapter Player Screen

🚀 The feature

The UI/UX for the Chapter Player Screen can be improved a lot with a complete overhaul of the current design, using the same elements but adding in animations, changing locations and restructuring the entire page, making it more akin to other popular services like Spotify. The Player can dynamically relocate on scrolls, making the entire UX feel a lot better.

Motivation, pitch

The current UI/UX for the Chapter Play Screen has a lot of potential to be improved and is, in my opinion, not a good design, which becomes apparent when the description is long enough for the bottom half to become scrollable. It becomes non-intuitive and hinders functionality.
