Change Center Nav Bar Button dynamically based on current page for better UX

🚀 The feature

Change the Center Docked Floating Action Button dynamically based on which page the user is on (Home Page/Explore Page). When User is on the Home Page he is shown the add_call icon and when he is on the Explore Page he is shown the audiotrack_rounded Icon

Motivation, pitch

The current Floating Action Button at the center of the NavBar remains the same + Symbol whether we are on the Home Screen or the Explore Screen, despite it performing different functions, i.e: Opening the small modal to start a Pair Chat or Audio Room if on the Home Screen, and navigating to the CreateStory screen if on the Explore Page
