Package splitting not supported.

There should be a file that defines the package splitting process. Honestly I don't know if they should be taken care of by abbs, but I don't think they should.

There are already requests for doc splitting, and I think some more flexible ways of splitting should be supported.

A syntax for such splitting is not yet defined.

You can make it as a filter for just documents.

abbs sequential build already implemented.

This is not done!

And ABBS build makes you build things many times. Too bad…
