Still not sure about the point of exporting variables

I can't find any usage of polluting the global environment with PKGNAME stuffs.

Zheng said that instead of exporting those things in exportvars, we can add a small procedure to import them from environment and use them as an override of defined vars. I consider it a good idea.

The vars exported broke something already. Grrr.
